Iranian Deputy Minister of Energy Houshang Falahatian said the country is going to receive know-how for power plants with high efficiency.
"Transfer of know-how for power plants with efficiency above 58 percent is underway,” he said."At the moment, efficiency of power plants in Iran is about 37 percent and will reach 40 percent in the 6th Development Program.”
He said that efficiency of 18.000 MW of gas plants of Iran would hit to 48 percent from 33 percent through venders for stream section of gas plants in Iran.
Iranian deputy minister of energy said that Iran is among 6-7 countries of the world able to produce everything for the plant locally.
