FM Spokesman expresses condolences for Shariatmadari’s demise

Offering condolences for Ali Shariatmadari’s passing away, FM spokesman Bahram Ghasemi said that Shariatmadari’s demise caused a great sorrow.

In his message of condolence, Ghasemi has stressed that Shariatmadari’s involvement in scientific, religious, and political activities was of this noble professor's brilliant characteristics and that his activities have been  the origin of various services to Iranian culture and science.
Ali Shariatmadari was an enduring figure of Iranian culture, an academic and educationist,  and a member of  Iranian Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.
