An Iranian oil official said that the country’s exports totaled $31.5 billion in the first 9 months of Iranian calendar year (started on March 20, 2016).
Deputy Head of Iranian Oil, Gas and Petrochemistry Exporters Union Nima Eslami said $14 billion of the exports included petrochemicals and oil products based on Iran’s Customs Organization tally.
He said exports of petrochemicals and oil products rose by 16 percent comparing to similar period last year.
The union with 300 companies as members is after booming exports in Iran.
