Iran comes 3rd in the world in terms of fighting customs offenses and smuggling, said World Customs Organization in a report.
Iran follows New Zealand and Pakistan in the ranking.
The announcement was made in the 28th National Contact Points NCP of RILO (A/P) conference in Seoul.
During the conference, the member states shared their experiences in fighting customs offences.
A report of Iran’s activities in fighting customs offences, smuggling and psychedelic drug was also presented in the conference.
53 individuals from 18 countries, including Australia, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Iran, Thailand and other countries joined the gathering.
