Tehran, YJC. Iranians burnt over 1 billion liters of gasoline in the 14-day New Year holiday.
According to a report by the Natinoal Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company, the domestic consumption of gasoline for the New Year holiday hit 1 billion 103 million liters.
The peak consumption was for April 1, with 105 ,393,000 liters.
The lowest consumption was for april 3 with 65.5 million liters.
Tehran, Esfahan, Fars, and Razavi Khrasan provinces consumed the most.
Gas oil consumption in the 14 days hit 591, coming with 28 percent decrease compared to the same day last year when 823 million literes were consumed.
