Houthis gain more ground despite continued air raids

Tehran, YJC. Yemen did not sleep under fire late Friday and early Saturday.

Saudi Arabian air raids targeted Yemen’s Hadida, in the Red Sea, and Sada province in the north as well as areas in Sana’a.

Reports go that Pro-Hadi (Mansour Hadi, the escaping Yemeni president) and Houthi (Ansarullah) fighters in the southern city of Aden engaged in severe fighting.

On Friday, 2 Saudi pilots dipped into the Red Sea after their jet went down with errors.

US President Barack Obama in a phone call to Saudi King Salman expressed support for the Saudi-led coalition against Houthis and Salman in return thanked the US for saving the 2 pilots.

Saudi Defense Minister Prince Mohammad Bin Salman announced that Saudi Arabia had sent 3 airplanes to take the UN delegation out of Sana’a, al-Arabiya reported.

He claimed that the Houthi’s had intercepted the exit of the delegation of 140.

Press TV reported Saudi and Egyptian warships are sailing toward Yemen.
