Tehran, YJC. Rouhani, in meeting with Jordanian FM, noted that regional security depends on international and regional action to stop Israel’s crimes.
Speaking in a meeting with Jordan Foreign Minister and
Deputy PM Nasser Judeh President Hassan Rouhani noted that Iran has no
limitation in developing ties with its neighbors.
Providing comments on regional issues and the role of
regional cooperation in resolving them, he stated "establishing sustained
security and stability is possible in case all countries in the region feel
responsible.”
He also appreciated Jordanian government and nation for
hosting Palestinian refugees with all they had for long years and announced
readiness to cooperate with regional states in redeeming the rights of
Palestine and the Palestinian nation.
Commenting on the surge of terrorist operations in the region,
Rouhani asserted that the only possible way to stop terrorism and extremism is
to cooperate.
He also highlighted that Iran is looking forward to
strengthening regional peace and development, adding that regional issues have
to be decided upon and resolved through joint cooperation by countries of the
region.
The Jordanian statesman, for his part, hailed enduring
Tehran-Amman ties and stated that Jordan demands improving the cooperation levels.
He noted: "We believe that the Islamic Republic of Iran is a
very prominent neighbor for the Arab World.”
