TEHRAN – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has said that those terrorists carrying out atrocious acts such as beheading in the Middle East region have been raised in West.
Zarif made the remarks on the sidelines of the February 11 marches on Wednesday marking the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.
Addressing foreign parties accusing Iran of state terrorism, he asserted that Iran has been among the first countries to warn against terrorist groups.
He said, "I wrote a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon annexed by a letter from the Leader.”
"The West has to find out for itself why extremism springs from the West and those who behead people were raised by the West.”
