Tehran, YJC. Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim Abdullah Ahmed Al-Jabouri is to travel to Tehran on Tuesday December 16.
Al-Jabouri’s visit was announced by Hassan Sheikholeslam,
Iranian Majlis Vice-Speaker for International Affairs, on Sunday.
Speaking to reporters, the Iranian MP noted that Al-Jabouri's
three-day visit is taking place at the official invitation of Ali Larijani, his
Iranian counterpart.
While in Tehran, the Iraqi official is to hold talks with Mohammad
Javad Zarif, Iranian Foreign Minister, and several other officials on issues of
regional and mutual interest.
