Saturday,17 September 2022 (YJC)_Senior Iranian cleric said that the nation and the government of Iraq has shown they are in a glorious position to host Arbaeen ceremony.
During his remarks at the sermons of Friday prayer at the campus of the University of Tehran, Hojatoleslam Mohammad Hassan Abutorabifard said that the nation and the government of Iraq has shown they are in a glorious position to host Arbaeen ceremony.
“Arbaeen is a symbol of expressing the love of lovers of justice and humanity to Imam Hussein (AS),” he said and noted that “Well-deserved hosting of Imam Hussein's pilgrims has placed the nation and the government of Iraq in a glorious position.”
“Iraq’s Popular Mobilization unit (PMU) has been inspired by Ashura's teachings,” he added while referring to the influence of Arbaeen ceremonies and the Ashura uprising in Palestine, Yemen, and Lebanon.
