Saturday,27 August 2022 (YJC)_ The Iranian Health Ministry announced that 2,019 new Covid-19 cases has been detected in the country in the past 24 hrs.
The Iranian Health Ministry announced that 2,019 new COVID-19 infections have been detected across the country in the past 24 hours 524 of which has been hospitalized.
“A sum of 2,019 COVID-19 infections and no death has been identified due to the disease in the past 24 hours” the spox said while adding that “This brings the total number of cases 7,520,993.”
“1,208 people are being treated in ICUs in hospitals across the country, while 7,271,024 have already gained recovery,” the health ministry added.
Also, the the total number of COVID-19 patients is mentioned as 7,520,993.
53,730,223 coronavirus diagnosis tests have so far been carried out across the country,” the ministry added and also warned that 106 cities are rated red, 156 cities are orange, 173 cities are yellow, and 13 cities are blue.
