Monday, 20 June 2022 (YJC)_ The Iranian Health Ministry announced that 230 new Covid-19 cases has been detected in the country in the past 24 hrs.
The Iranian Health Ministry announced on Monday that 230 new COVID-19 infections have been detected across the country in the past 24 hours 43 of which has been hospitalized.
“A sum of 230 COVID-19 infections and 3 deaths has been identified due to the disease in the past 24 hours” the spox said while adding that “This brings the total number of cases 7,234,988.”
“278 people are being treated in ICUs in hospitals across the country, while 7,060,622 have already gained recovery,” the health ministry added.
52,519,301 coronavirus diagnosis tests have so far been carried out across the country,” the ministry added and also warned that no cities are rated red or orange, 106 cities are yellow, and 342 cities are blue.
Since the Iranian administration started a mass vaccination campaign coronavirus figures and deaths have been on a downward trend.
