“Grossi and subsequently the secretariat of the International Atomic Energy Agency have clearly lost their technical credibility,” the said while adding that “The recent trip by Rafael Grossi and also not recognizing the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) by the Zionist was the most evident sign of Grossi’s biased behavior.”

They went on to note that “Various reports by the IAEA shows to what extent Iran provided the UN nuclear watchdog with unlimited access to the country’s nuclear sites but they failed to use such opportunities to resolve Western claims over Iran’s nuclear program.”

The statement also notes that “the Zionist spy service was the basis for the agency to make such reports” and added “this shows the political and non-technical nature of the IAEA’s demands.”

Finally, they expressed their support for reciprocal moves to reduce Iran’s cooperation with the IAEA.

In a meeting of the IAEA’s Board of Governors an anti-Iran resolution, drafted by Britain, France, Germany, and the US has been approved.

In reaction to that, the Iranian foreign ministry named it as political, unconstructive and wrong and noted “Such steps will have no results than weakening Iran’s cooperation with the agency. A hasty and unbalanced report by the IAEA director general made such a resolution, Iran blasted the resolution drafted by the US, Britain, France, and Germany as a wrong, political and unconstructive move.”

Also, Iran’s Acting Ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency Mohammad Reza Gha'ebi named the recent resolution against the country as a heavy blow.

In a separate remark, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said that the western states failed to force Iran to recognize the Zionist regime.
