Thursday, 9 June 2022 (YJC)_ Iranian Foreign Minister said that the western states failed to force Iran to recognize the Zionist regime.
Addressing top Indian Muslim figures in India, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said that the western states failed to force Iran to recognize the Zionist regime.
“During the negotiations with Iran, the West tried to push Iran to recognize of Israel in return for resolving issues related to Tehran’s nuclear program,” he said.
He went on to note that “nuclear bombs have no place in Iran’s religious beliefs,” and said “the West, especially the US knows this fact with such allegations, they sought to pressure Tehran into recognizing the Zionist regime. Iran considers it a duty to make efforts for the liberation of the Holy Quds from Israeli occupation.”
