Monday, 6 June 2022 (YJC)_ Iranian Foreign Minister warned that any resolution against Iran at the International Atomic Energy Agency will account for its consequences.
In a message on his twitter account, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian warned that any resolution against Iran at the International Atomic Energy Agency will account for its consequences.
“Those who push for anti-Iran resolution at IAEA will be responsible for all the consequences,” he wrote while referring to the exchanged views with Josep Borrell about Vienna talks on removing sanctions & how to proceed.
He went on to note that “We welcome a good, strong and lasting agreement, It's within reach if US/E3 (Washington and the European trio) are realistic.”
Prior to this, In his phone conversation with European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell Amir-Abdollahian said that any political move at the International Atomic Energy Agency will be responded.
Also, in a separate phone call with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, Iranian Foreign Minister he blasted “unconstructive” push for the anti-Iran resolution an added “such steps disrupt negotiations underway in Vienna.
