Saturday, 4 June 2022 (YJC)_ Iran and Norway signed a memorandum of understanding to continue political consultations.
During his trip to Oslo, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bagheri Kani, signed a memorandum of understanding to continue political consultations with Norway.
Also, during this trip, the 10th round of Iran-Norway political consultations was held at the end of which Bagheri Kani and his Norwegian counterpart Henrik Thune signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on political consultations.
Prior to that Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister held separate talks with the secretary-general of the Norwegian Foreign Ministry, as well as deputies at the country’s ministries of oil and trade and noted that “My trip would focus on constructive talks on international issues.”
