The gathering of Lebanese Muslim scholars in a statement on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Imam Khomeini's demise emphasized:
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran was able to build an Islamic country that progressed in line with global development and was at the forefront of countries in many fields of technology.
According to Al-Ahd, the gathering of Lebanese Muslim scholars, referring to Imam Khomeini's efforts to spread the original Islamic concept of Muhammad against American Islam, said:
American Islam today is the same as Takfiri Islam.
This institution stated that Imam Khomeini considered Islamic unity as the only way to deal with the division of the Islamic Ummah.
Introducing the one-week gap between the two histories narrated by Sunnis and Shiites about the birth of the Holy Prophet was the most important thing that Imam Khomeini did for the unity of the Islamic Ummah to show that differences in religions do not mean differences in religion. The religion of God is Islam and nothing else.
The gathering of Lebanese Muslim scholars also said that Imam Khomeini, before the victory of the Islamic Revolution, called the Zionist regime a great danger to the ummah and emphasized:
Until the Israeli cancer cell is eradicated, the region will not find peace, and since the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the formation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps by Imam Khomeini, who leads the resistance, has been a major step towards the destruction of the Zionist regime.
This institution called Imam Khamenei's message to Pope Francis, the leader of the world's Catholics, and his invitation to help the oppressed in Palestine and Yemen as a sign of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran's approach to Imam Khomeini:
This path of the Imam leads to the victory of Islam and the dignity of the Muslim Ummah and the liberation of the oppressed.
