Tuesday, 31 May 2022 (YJC)_ A Zionist military base in a village in the old part of the occupied city of Jerusalem was set on fire after the occupiers clashed with the Palestinians.
Palestinian media reported on Tuesday morning that a military base of the interim Zionist regime had been set on fire in occupied Jerusalem.
The Palestinian news agency Shahab reported that a Zionist military base had been set on fire in the village of Al-Issawiyah in the old part of the occupied city of Jerusalem.
Accordingly, the military base caught fire after the Zionist army clashed with Palestinian youth in al-Issawiyah, and the fire is spreading.
Palestinian media outlets had previously reported that Israeli terrorist forces had attacked Palestinian homes in the area, which were met with resistance from Palestinian youth and then clashed with them.
This comes at a time when the security situation in occupied Palestine is tense following the Zionist aggression march in occupied Jerusalem and the attack on the Al-Aqsa Mosque by the settlers, and resistance groups have warned against responding.
Zionist militants clashed with Palestinians overnight in the Jabal al-Mukbar area of occupied Jerusalem, as well as inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque complex.
