Sunday, 29 May 2022 (YJC)_ Commander of the Iranian Army said that the Army's secret bases have been constructed to defend the country's independence.
Commander of the Iranian Army Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi said that the Army's secret bases have been constructed to defend the country's independence.
“We have never relied on anywhere and provided whatever we need for our defense, that’s our biggest achievement,” he noted.
He went on to noted that “The main mission of the armed forces is to defend Iran’s independence and territorial integrity, which is in line with the launch of the secret base.”
“Promoting the capacity of the existing drones and equipping them with different types of missiles and bombs with different ranges is the reason why we need to enhance long-range drones with high flight resistance capacity,” he added.
‘Upgrading drone capabilities or as general Iran's combat capabilities is not stoppable by any means.
A new cruise missile with a range of 200km fired from drones is unveiled on Saturday.
Also, the Army Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohammad Bagheri said the pilotless aircraft have enhanced Iran's deterrence power.
