"Brigadier General Yahya Abdullah al-Razami, head of the Sanaa delegation to Jordan for talks, said:
During the talks, several initiatives were presented in Amman, the capital of Jordan, to address all the causes of suffering of the Yemeni people in general and the residents of Taiz province in particular.
According to Al-Masira, he added:
We came up with other ideas to reopen the roads in Ma'rib and Al-Dhala to alleviate the suffering of the residents of these provinces, who are suffering a lot due to the aggression of the Saudi coalition. The Sanaa Committee is still waiting for progress in the first steps taken and the other side agreeing to reopen these roads in the first stage, and is interested in proving seriousness and practicality, and really wants to do good and reduce the suffering of the people of Taiz and other Yemeni provinces. .
He added:
Unfortunately, the other side's delegation, in clear violation of the terms of the ceasefire, which provides for the formation of committees to reopen roads in Taiz and other provinces, does not want to discuss reopening roads except in restricted areas.
Brigadier General Al-Razami further clarified:
The other side suffers from dispersion, lack of unity of leadership and lack of authority in decision-making, and these are the reasons that delay the presence and hesitation in taking advantage of the existing opportunity and accepting fair and just ideas to open roads in Taiz, Marb, Al-Dhala and Al-Bayda. Is.
He expressed hope:
The other side and the people behind it should realize the human responsibility towards the Yemeni people who are suffering from the siege and the unjust aggression and the catastrophic consequences that result from it.
