"Everything is changing rapidly," US President Joe Biden said on Friday.
Speaking to US Navy graduates in Annapolis, Maryland, he said:
Everything is changing so rapidly that the next 10 years will be decisive for this century.
The US President added:
This time will show what will happen to the world and the values that define it not only for the foreseeable future, but also for future generations.
Biden said important issues include the corona virus, inflation, the weather crisis and events in Ukraine.
