The remarks by the Republican politician came as US President Biden's popularity hit a 39-year low, according to the latest NBC News poll, setting a new record.
According to the report, since September 2021, Biden's popularity has been between 40% and 43%, but new surveys show a significant decline in his popularity during his presidency.
