Tehran, YJC. Chief security official has said that a final agreement must be one which provides for the interests of Iran.
"Any possible comprehensive deal
between Iran and the sextet will secure the Iranian nation’s obvious rights without
any discrimination,” Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani said
on Monday.
Speaking at a meeting among members
of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, he said, "Observing
Iran’s legal rights and lifting the sort of tyrannical sanctions are the points
on which Iranians agree upon.”
"The Iranian nuclear negotiating
team, which is made up of the children of the revolution and representatives of
the Islamic Republic of Iran, is just responding to the public demands and the will
of the Iranian people as they continue the talks,” he highlighted.
Shamkhani, also the representative
of the Supreme Leader to the SNSC, stated that efforts by U.S. officials to
distort the realities prevailing in the nuclear negotiations are only intended as
part of the countries’ officials’ domestic consumption give-out.
