Saturday, 14 May 2022 (YJC)_ Iranian Foreign Minister blasted the Israeli regime for undermining the freedom of expression by killing a female Palestinian journalist.
In a meeting with his Qatari counterpart Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian blasted the Israeli regime for undermining the freedom of expression by killing a female Palestinian journalist.
“In order to hide its terrorist facts and crimes in Palestine, the Zionist regime opposes freedom of expression and seeks,” Amir-Abdollahian said.
Blaming the brutal assassination of Al Jazeera correspondent Shireen Abu Akle, and criticizing the lack of serious action by the international and human rights organizations in such cases were among the issue two officials discussed during the meeting.
“The Zionist regime by its savage act shows to what extend the are opposed to freedom of speech and seeks to cover up the truth and its terrorist crimes in Palestine,” two officials said.
Also, Amir-Abdollahian offered condolences over the Palestinian journalist's martyrdom to her family.
