Iranian official: In Vienna, 90% of the issues were verbally agreed but not writtenAn Iranian official told Al-Jazeera that more than 90 percent of the issues in the Vienna talks were agreed orally but did not become a written agreement.

Al Jazeera quoted the unnamed Iranian official as saying that six issues were at the heart of the main differences with the United States in the nuclear talks, and that "executive guarantees" were the most open points of unresolved issues with Washington in the talks.

The official concluded by emphasizing that the realization of the nuclear deal depends on the seriousness and good faith of the United States.
