Wednesday, 11 May 2022 (YJC)_ A White House spokesman told a news conference Tuesday evening that the United States believed the war in Ukraine would be long and that it needed to be prepared.
A White House spokesman said Tuesday evening that US President Joe Biden believed that Russian President Vladimir Putin was a dictator.
Speaking at a White House news conference, he added:
I have to believe that Putin is a dictator who has invaded a sovereign country and is now hated in the world.
A White House spokesman said:
We believe that the war in Ukraine will be long and we must be prepared for it.
US President Joe Biden met with Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi at the White House on Tuesday evening (Tehran time), stressing that Russian President Vladimir Putin must pay the price for attacking Ukraine.
Biden went on to say that a strong European Union is important to the United States.
