Tuesday, 10 May 2022 (YJC)_ The Iranian foreign ministry condemned the recent terrorist attack in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh condemned the terrorist attack in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.
Khatibzadeh referred to the terrorist attack that killed at least 10 Egyptian soldiers and one officer and noted “the regional should have close cooperation to cope with evil phenomenon that foreign-backed terrorism has spread in Muslim countries.”
“Countering the evil phenomenon of terrorism requires close cooperation of the countries in the region,” he added.
The ISIL terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack that killed 11 Egyptian soldiers in the Sinai Peninsula.
