Monday, 9 May 2022 (YJC)_ The Iranian embassy in Ukraine has asked Iranian compatriots to leave the Transnistrian region of Moldova.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ukraine and the Accord in Moldova issued a statement urging Iranian compatriots to leave the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova.
The announcement states:
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ukraine and Accreditation in the Republic of Moldova, while wishing health and well-being to all Iranians, especially compatriots living in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, informs that the war in Ukraine All Iranian citizens living in the area are requested to leave the area as soon as possible.
This announcement adds:
Compatriots living in the Republic of Moldova who are not required to continue their presence in the country in the current situation are also requested to leave Moldova.
