Tuesday, 3 May 2022 (YJC)_ Led by the interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran, Ayatollah Kazem Seddiqi, Eid al-Fitr prayer was held in the Iranian capital on Tuesday morning.
Ayatollah Kazem Seddiqi, interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran, in his remarks following the Eid al-Fitr prayer hailed the massive turnout of the Iranian people in the International Quds Day rallies held after two years due to coronavirus circumstances.
He referred to the participation of the Islamic nation and resistance front countries in Quds Day rallies and stressed,” The objective of Quds is still alive and pro-Palestine Islamic nation is standing up for its objective.”
The cleric also referred to the recent terrorist attacks in Afghanistan and condemned the dual policy of claimants of human rights over their dual reaction towards the issue of Afghanistan, Yemen and Ukraine.
Ayatollah Seddiqi called on the Afghan authorities to guarantee security for the Afghan nation, identify and topple the terrorist groups in the country.
Top cleric made the comments in his sermon at Eid al-Fitr prayer held at University of Tehran on Tuesday.
