Tuesday, 3 May 2022 (YJC)_ The head of Russia's National Defense Control Center says Ukrainian militants have set up positions in schools and even psychiatric hospitals in a number of cities.
Despite Ukraine's accusations against Russia of attacking civilian sites and infrastructure, Moscow has exposed the Kiev regime's inhumane actions.
General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, said Monday evening that Ukrainian militants had set up positions in a number of cities and were stationed in schools and even psychiatric hospitals.

In Baronkov, Kharkiv region, Ukrainian nationalists took up positions in a psychiatric hospital building and forcibly held civilians hostage in the basement.
