The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, sent a message of condolences on the death of Ayatollah Haj Seyyed Mahmoud Torabi Damghani.
The message reads:
The news of the death of the late Ayatollah Haj Seyyed Mahmoud Torabi Damghani was a source of grief and emotion. That pious, pious and popular scholar spent his blessed life serving the family of infallibility and purity and the honorable people of Damghan city and the seminary and university community of the country and was a sincere friend and helper for the late Imam and the Supreme Leader in the path of the Islamic Revolution.
I offer my condolences to the Supreme Leader, the dear people, the seminary and university community, the respected scholars and clergy of Damghan city, and the honorable family, and their devotees and devotees, for the loss of that pious cleric and the father of the holy defense martyr.
