Monday, 25 April 2022 (YJC)_ 468 kilograms of heroin were confiscated in Iran’s Mirjaveh county in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
According to the statement released by Legal Deputy of Iran’s Customs on Monday 468 kilograms of heroin were confiscated in Iran’s Mirjaveh county in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
Farideh Zubeidi said on Monday that “A suspected consignment of distilled water entered the Mirjaveh county in Sistan and Baluchestan province from the Pakistan border, Shahid Rajaee Customs’ employers confiscated 1,440 liters (468kg) of liquid Heroin embedded in gallons of distilled water.”
“The consignment was about to transfer to the United Arab Emirates through Iran's southern waters,” she added while noting that “In recent days intelligence forces of Iran have seized 850 kilograms of heroin on the Piranshahr border of West Azerbaijan province.”
