Saturday, 23 April 2022 (YJC)_ Iranian Navy Commander said his forces prevent any threats against territorial waters.
Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Shahram Irani said the presence of his forces prevent any threats against territorial waters.
“Wherever we feel threatened, our fleet is present, the authority and presence of the Iranian navy and continuous monitoring makes no country dare to approach Iran’s territorial waters," he noted.
“Iran has an active defense and naval diplomacy, Iran has plans on having an effective presence to deal with threats, this includes holding exercises and visiting another country, now to ensure security, we escort our ships anywhere in the water, our presence gives security to the region and the world,” Navy Commander added.
Prior to this in March, Rear Admiral Irani had said that the American and European naval forces avoided tension with Iran's Navy thanks to its power and might.
