According to the Amun news website, the Jordanian protesters did not just condemn what was happening in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque in their statement, and called on the government to take decisions and procedures that hold the Israeli occupation forces responsible for the consequences of their aggression.

In the parliamentary statement, the deputies called for the severance of diplomatic relations with the Zionist enemy, the closure of the embassy of the occupying regime in Amman, the expulsion of the ambassador to Tel Aviv in Jordan, the summoning of the Jordanian ambassador to occupied Tel Aviv and the cancellation of all bilateral agreements.

The deputies stressed that the severance of relations will continue until these measures are stopped and the Israeli aggression is not repeated. In addition, Amman must continue to intervene at the highest levels to ensure the release of prisoners and abductees from the Al-Aqsa Mosque to free the youth of Jerusalem who were detained in defense of the dignity of the Islamic Ummah.
