Mohammad Marandi, an expert on US affairs, said about the Supreme Leader's insistence to the country's officials that the talks should not be postponed at all:

He stated that it was obvious in the literature of the previous president that this issue is not observed, adding:

The US expert stressed:
If we want to have a stronger and more useful agreement, we must negotiate in a situation where the other side feels that Iran is strong; The best thing to do to be able to show ourselves strong is not to tie the country's economy to negotiations.
Explaining that diplomacy is moving in the right direction, Marandi said:
The country's relations with neighboring countries have recently improved, and we are now in a situation where negotiations are suspended by the Americans; Towards the end of the talks, the Americans suddenly changed their behavior and orientation, and the talks have now stopped.
"What is the main reason for the change in American behavior?" He said.
