Moscow: Ukraine prepares for massacre of civilians in LuhanskGen. Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Management Center, warned yesterday (Sunday) that Kiev, with the support of Western countries, was preparing for a massive massacre of civilians in Luhansk.

Russia's Sputnik news agency reported that Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine on February 24 after asking the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics for help in defending the two republics against the Ukrainian army.

According to the report, Mizintsev warned that Kiev, with the help of several Western countries, was preparing for a massive massacre of civilians to blame the Russian army and forces of the Luhansk People's Republic for the crimes.

The Russian defense official continued:
Foreign media reporters have already arrived at a local hospital in the town of Kermnaya in the Sorodonstek region to cover a provocative move by the Ukrainian military, including the shooting of ambulances by Russian forces.

He also said:
In the Bluegrovka district in the Popasninsky district, "neo-Nazis hid chlorine tanks in a local refinery until the People's Liberation Army militia approached the city and blew them up."

Mizintsev added:
In the village of Ragovka in Kyiv Oblast, a provocative move involves searching for a scene to find a mass grave containing civilians who were blamed on Russian forces for killing and filming the scene.
