Sunday, 10 April 2022 (YJC)_ The British Ministry of Defense accused Russian forces of using improvised explosive devices in the ongoing war with Ukraine.
At the same time as the Ukraine crisis and Russia's special military operation in that country entered its forty-fourth day, Britain claimed that the Russians were using improvised explosive devices.
The British military intelligence service claimed on Saturday evening that Russian forces continued to use improvised explosive devices (IEDs) to inflict casualties, reduce morale and restrict the freedom of movement of Ukrainian forces.
According to Reuters, the British Ministry of Defense claimed in a statement:
Russian forces continue to target infrastructure with a high risk of civilian casualties.
The ministry added that Russia's withdrawal from northern Ukraine provides evidence of disproportionate targeting of civilians.
Earlier, the British Ministry of Defense claimed that the Russians had completely retreated from the north of the country, claiming that Russia continued to shell the cities of eastern and southern Ukraine.
