Saudi Arabia has announced that it will receive one million pilgrims from inside and outside the country this year.
In the wake of the Corona epidemic, which has led Saudi Arabia to hold the Hajj season severely limited to a number of domestic pilgrims over the past two years, Riyadh announced Saturday that it will host one million pilgrims from inside and outside Saudi Arabia this year.
Saudi Arabia has also set conditions for pilgrims this year. According to the Saudi news agency (WAS), this year's Hajj is for people under 65. Also, people who intend to perform Hajj must be vaccinated and present a document approved by the Ministry of Health. In addition, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj stipulates that individuals must submit a negative coronation test certificate of no more than 72 hours before entering Saudi Arabia.
