Hassan Izz al-Din, a member of Hezbollah's faction in the Lebanese parliament, Al-Wafa al-Maqawameh, today (Tuesday) criticized the numerous attacks by some parties on the movement's weapons in Lebanon.
According to Al-Manar, he said that some in Lebanon have no choice but to target Hezbollah, a weapon that has honored Lebanon and its people.
Izz al-Din emphasized:
No one in the world can take the weapon of resistance from it because it is like the soul of the body to us. The United States, the drafters of Security Council resolutions, the West, some Arab countries, and some partners in the country have been trying to disarm the resistance since 2006 but have been unable to do so.
Hezbollah and its weapons are said to be one of the provisions of the Gulf Arab League proposal to Lebanon, which was handed over to Lebanese officials via Kuwait.
