Moscow: The Ukrainian regime is blocking the entry of the Red Cross into Mariupol

According to Sputnik, the Russian Defense Ministry stated that so far more than 123,000 civilians have left the city of Mariupol without any assistance from the Kiev regime:
The International Committee of the Red Cross did not enter Mariupol due to a shooting by a Ukrainian.

The statement also said:
We once again warn the countries on the Black Sea coast about the dangers of landmines planted by Ukrainians.

On the other hand, the British Ministry of Defense said about the situation in Mariupol:
Heavy fighting broke out in Mariupol as Russian forces attempted to occupy the entire city.
