Tuesday, 29 March 2022 (YJC)_ The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran left for China before noon today (Tuesday) to head a delegation to attend the third meeting of Afghanistan's neighbors.

Amir-Abdollahian left for ChinaThe Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, headed a political delegation to China this morning (Tuesday, April 29) to attend the third meeting of Afghanistan's neighboring countries.

The delegation also includes Hassan Kazemi Qomi, Special Representative of the President for Afghanistan, Seyed Rasul Mousavi, Assistant Secretary General and Director General for South Asia, Reza Zabib, Assistant Secretary General for East Asia and Oceania, and Alireza Haghighian, Assistant Secretary of State and Director General for Eurasia.

Amir-Abdollahian announced his readiness in a telephone conversation with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on March 16 regarding the holding of the third meeting of the foreign ministers of Afghanistan's neighboring countries in China and in response to the invitation of his Chinese counterpart to attend and attend the summit.
