Tuesday, 22 March 2022 (YJC)_ The US president has claimed that the Ukrainian army will strike Russia using Western weapons, claiming that Russia is investigating a cyber attack on the country.
US President Joe Biden on Tuesday morning warned of the possibility of a massive Russian cyber attack on Russia in the coming days.
Speaking at the Economic Roundtable, Biden said:
[Russian President Vladimir Putin] never thought that NATO would remain determined.
According to Reuters, he claimed that Ukraine was destroying the Russian army using weapons provided by NATO and the United States.
Continuing his anti-Russian claims about Putin, the US president said:
He now has nowhere to go and is coming up with new excuses [to escalate the Ukraine war]. This is not a joke.
According to the report, Biden also claimed that Putin was considering the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine, as well as resorting to cyber attacks.
According to Reuters, he claimed about the Russian cyber attack on the United States:
[This attack] is on its way.
The White House also warned on Monday that there was information that the Russian government was considering options for potential cyber-attacks on the United States.
