A source in the Security Council told RIA Novosti that Russia had called for a UN Security Council vote on a draft humanitarian resolution on Ukraine.

Russia has called for a referendum on Wednesday (March 23rd).

At the same time, the Security Council emphasizes the need for an agreement between the two countries on humanitarian firearms for this purpose.

The text, copied by RIA Novosti, also states that the UN Security Council needs full protection of civilians, including humanitarian personnel and people in vulnerable situations, including women and children.
