Officials at a school in Wisconsin recently released a video in which a police officer outside his shift tries to restrain a 12-year-old girl by placing his knee on her neck.
According to the Associated Press, officials at Kenosha School in Wisconsin have released a video showing the off-duty police officer attacking a 12-year-old girl and putting her knee on her neck, which sparked an hour-long fight. Lunch is formed between the students.
The recently released video is from March 4, when police officer Shawn Gucco gets into a fight with a student, then fights with a 12-year-old girl, then throws her to the ground and hits her on the table.
