Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons sent a message to Al-Mayadin news network saying they had decided to go on a hunger strike.
The prisoners stressed that the hunger strike would begin before the holy month of Ramadan, in response to Israel's oppression and the regime's belief that we have no helpers among our friends, brothers and family.
The message reads:
Israel treats us according to this rule that we have no helpers or supporters. Therefore, we will also go on a hunger strike before the month of Ramadan, and we will enjoy the blessings of this virtuous month.
The Emergency Committee affiliated with the Palestinian Movement for the Detention of Prisoners of the Zionist regime also announced on March 29 that the intifada of the prisoners will never stop until the demands of the prisoners are met.
The movement stressed that the Palestinian prisoners, given the stubbornness and stubbornness of the Zionists, are moving towards an indefinite hunger strike with the participation of all Palestinian prisoners and groups, and that we want widespread popular support at this stage.
