Negotiations are ongoing to end the conflict with Russia, but the path to negotiations is difficult.

Asked if he agreed with the concerns of President Joe Biden and other US officials about the possibility of a third world war, he said:
Nobody knows, maybe it just started. What difference does it make when World War III begins when Ukraine has fallen? Nobody knows.

According to RIA Novosti, quoting the interview, the President of Ukraine stated:
We are defending our children and our property, and defenseless citizens are standing up to the Russian occupation. The safe crossings were not active today because Russian forces did not stop firing.

Zelinsky continued his anti-Russian claims:
The Russian military has suffered the most casualties in Chechnya and Afghanistan. Despite the Russian army's efforts to prevent the operation, we were able to evacuate 6,000 civilians today, including 2,000 children.
