Saturday, 5 March 2022 (YJC)_ Shamkhani called Iran's active presence and program in the talks with Saudi Arabia the result of the Islamic Republic's principled strategy of cooperation and friendship with its neighbors, and called the Zionist regime the greatest enemy of the Islamic world and the Arab world.
Ali Shamkhani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, tweeted this morning (Saturday) about the Iran-Saudi talks, following remarks by Saudi Crown Prince Bin Salman about relations with the Zionist regime:
Iran's active presence in the bilateral talks with Saudi Arabia, hosted by Iraq, stems from the Islamic Republic's principled strategy of cooperating and interacting with its neighbors based on securing bilateral and regional interests.
He clarified:
We must not forget that the Zionist regime is the greatest enemy of the Islamic world and the Arab world.
