Thursday, 3 March 2022 (YJC)_ - Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade said the country is about to expand its cooperation with Armenia.
Upon his arrival in the Armenian capital of Yerevan, Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Reza Fatemi Amin said the country is about to expand its cooperation with Armenia.
“Expanding bilateral ties between Iran and Armenia via joint ventures is the focus of this trip,” he said while describing Armenia as an important trade partner for Iran.
He went on to note that “as a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union and a country neighboring Iran Armenia is of high importance to us,” and said “We can export technologies in many industrial sectors to Armenia and import required things from Armenia.”
“Manufactures that are producing home made appliances and food industries can rely on Armenia to produce and export their products to other countries,” Iranian minister said.
A high-ranking delegation, including trade officials and CEOs of private companies, is accompanying the Iranian minister.
