Sunday, 27 February 2022 (YJC)_ The Ukrainian embassy in occupied Palestine issued a statement calling for the recruitment of volunteer Zionists to fight the Russian army.
The Ukrainian embassy in occupied Palestine on Saturday issued a statement calling for the deployment of troops to fight the Russian army.
According to the Times of Israel website, the Ukrainian embassy in Israel posted in a Facebook post written in Ukrainian:
The embassy has begun compiling a list of volunteers willing to take part in hostilities against Russia.
In this post, the Ukrainian embassy asked those wishing to take part in the war against Russia to send an e-mail containing their personal information, including any military expertise they may have.
Prior to the Facebook post, the Ukrainian ambassador to occupied Palestine told reporters on Friday that his office had checked to make sure the Israelis volunteered for the Ukrainian army.
The Zionist regime has no law forbidding the Zionists from volunteering in the armies of other countries. It is estimated that about 500,000 Ukrainians of Ukrainian descent live in occupied Palestine, most of whom fled to occupied Palestine shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Vala News reports that Tel Aviv's ambassador to Moscow has been summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry over the regime's criticism of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The Hebrew newspaper Haaretz also reported on Friday that Tel Aviv was very cautious and demanded that no comments be made that offended Moscow.
