There is no need for public mobilization in Ukraine today, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelinsky said Tuesday evening.
He went on to say that the reserve forces should be ready to join the army within a certain period of time.
"Russia has withdrawn from the Minsk agreements," he said.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon on Tuesday evening issued orders to increase offensive weapons in Eastern Europe.
According to the Pentagon order, 800 American troops will be transferred from Italy to the Baltic region.
